Product Care & Safety
Are your products non-stick and safe? Yes! All OrveliaStore bakeware features high-quality, non-toxic coatings. Our products are PFOA, PTFE, and BPA-free, ensuring your family’s health is always protected.
How should I clean my bakeware? To preserve the non-stick finish and ensure longevity, we generally recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent. However, many of our products are dishwasher safe—please check the specific care instructions on the product page.
What is the maximum temperature your bakeware can handle? Most of our metal bakeware is oven-safe up to 450°F (232°C). For silicone items, the limit is typically 425°F (218°C). Always refer to the individual product guidelines before use.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? We want you to love every bake! If you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
